Richard's latest update was filmed standing on level five of Building A. The top habitable level.

It is a good vantage point to see just how far things have come.

Across the site, progress continues at pace. Framing is going up steadily, and the team has just completed their first pre-sheet inspection, an important checkpoint before walls are closed in. Kitchens will follow soon after, giving residents-to-be their first real sense of how each apartment will come together.

Down at the health hub, the same momentum is showing. Construction there continues to move forward in step with the residences next to it, so future residents will have wellbeing support built into daily life from day one.

All of this is tracking toward the same date the team has been working to all along: a move in date of December 2027.

Watching a building rise level by level is one thing. Standing inside it, imagining your own corner apartment, your own view, is another.
