The Final Stage is well and truly out of the ground. Across all four buildings, structural work is progressing steadily. Here's where things are at this month.
Building A - Level 2: Precast panel installation is complete, and the final post-tension stressing of the Level 2 slab has been finished. This is a key structural milestone, the building is gaining its full form above ground.
Building B - Upper ground / Level 1: Formwork construction for the Level 1 slab is underway, with services set-out and installation progressing within the slab. The groundwork that makes these apartments function, power, plumbing, infrastructure, is being locked in at every level as construction moves upward.
Building C - Upper ground: Services set-out to the upper ground slab is in progress, alongside beam reinforcement work. The structural skeleton of Building C is taking shape.
Building D - Level 1: Precast panel installation is underway and formwork construction for Level 1 is progressing. Building D is following closely behind the other buildings as the build moves through each level.
Basement - Building A: Formwork stripping of the basement in Building A is complete, clearing the way for the next phase of works.
The 78 corner apartments that make up The Henry Final Stage are being built above a full Health Hub, on a site that is active, progressing, and on track for a December 2027 occupancy.
