In this month's update, Richard, owner of The Henry, sits down with Jordan Thompson, site manager, for an interview on Building A's rooftop, followed by a walk-through of the building's progress.

Building A has reached its highest point, with the final rooftop concrete slab now poured. The roof will cure before waterproofing begins, and Building B is on the same path, with its own slab pour due within the next four weeks.

Fitout continues to climb through both buildings. Building A is now up to level 2, and Building B has reached level 1, with Buildings C and D following shortly after.

The Final Stage remains on track for completion in December 2027.
